Our satisfied clientele includes reputed Architects, developers, builders, Government departments, PSU’s, industrial groups and institutions. We are strategically located at MG Road, Gurgaon at just 15 minutes from IGI Airport, New Delhi and are equipped to handle pan India consultancy assignments efficiently and swiftly. After a meagre single handed start in 1991, it was founded in 1994 as ‘A.K. Building Consultants’ by Mr. A.K. Agarwal who is a qualified civil engineer and a PG from Delhi College of Engineering, it was converted to a partnership firm ‘A.K.B. Consultants’ in 2003 and finally in 2011 ‘A.K.B. Projects Private Limited’ was also added to the group for specifically handling Project Management Consultancy assignments. Since its inception in 1991 the firm has grown from a one person show to a team of 20 plus highly skilled, qualified and experienced engineers and draftsmen headed by Mr. A. K. Agarwal who has more than 36 years of experience along with Sh. Anil Agarwal, Civil Engineer and a MBA from MDI Gurgaon and NItish Agarwal, M.tech in EQ Resistant Structures from IIT Roorkee.

Consultants undertake conceptual, preliminary and detailed design projects, providing practical and cost effective solutions in Structural Engineering, MEP Services Engineering, Construction Cost optimization, Valuation and Project Management Consultancy with a high level of quality and unmatched speed. While our forte has been structural design and drafting services for concrete and steel structures, construction cost optimization and valuation including EPC contract valuation for contractors, we have also added MEP services and project management consultancy services to our portfolio for providing single window services for projects of our distinguished clients as per their requirement.

Earlier the group’s focus was only on delivering best of their services to clients approaching them through references from existing clients without any efforts to obtain new business but with best of talent at our disposal and capacity to handle more and more work, we want to help more and more clients with best of our services while simultaneously ensuring growth of our organization. With the advent of internet as a new and accessible platform to market products/services and acquiring costumers the possibility of progress and growth has become all the more feasible. Also a lot of real estate development is happening in and near National Capital region (NCR), especially Gurgaon, making the area a hot-spot of opportunities in this sector which can be tapped effectively by correct marketing strategy and innovative products. We would also strive to exponentially grow our services using online medium of communication and transactions in order to provide affordable and easily accessible consultancy services to our distantly located clients.
Presently A.K.B. Consultants are getting business by referrals only, i.e. the customer is approaching by word of mouth from their existing customers. Now they want to make their consultancy services scalable and for achieving this they want to productize their various offerings so that these can be delivered through an online medium i.e. a KPO unit. The productization will help clearly define the offerings in terms of strategic, tactical, technical and economic value that it will bring to the customers. This in-turn will help to clearly define the business strategies, marketing strategies and in communicating effectively with the customer.
The intent is to develop a systematic blueprint of their offerings with 50 to 75 percent pre-defined content and remaining portion of content open to customization according to each customer’s requirements. Pre-defining the blueprint of their offerings will also introduce modularity in their business model. This will make it possible to delegate tasks and train qualified individuals to deliver standardized quality of offerings leading to an increase in productivity. This will also create a knowledge base with pointers and landmarks to gauge as well as help along the progress in completing deliverables.
